Gugulethu Mbatha (better known as Gugu-Mbatha-Raw) is an British actress and film star known for her role in the film industry for her role in the BBC series "Doctor Who" which is a British sci-fi TV show. Chelsea Joy Handler was conceived on February 25, 1975 at Livingston New Jersey. She was the eldest child within a household of six. Handler lived with a family of six children. After 10 years of fight against breast cancer, she died in 1989. Handler was brought up in Reform Judaism by her father who was Jewish. Handler was born in a lovely neighborhood and enjoyed a joyful childhood. When she was 19 and made the move into Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler was forced to become an actress to survive. Handler began to do stand-up comedian full-time when she was 21. She had discovered that she was gifted with storytelling. At the beginning of her career Handler began her stand-up profession as part of the Oxygen network, which was an all-female cast on a hidden camera/practical joke reality show on TV called Girls Behaving Poorly. From 2002 until 2005, the show aired. The handler started appearing on different shows such including Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids.
