The year 1988 was the first time she played alongside Pierce Brosnan on the movie Taffin. The most memorable role to date was as Austrian Nazi sympathizer and archaeologist Doctor Elsa Schneider opposite Harrison Ford in the 1989 film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Doody was in the film alongside Sean Connery, who played Indy's father. Doody starred alongside Jonathan Pryce as Hitler Diaries the British mini-series that was inspired by Hitler Diaries. Following her move to Hollywood, Doody became a star. She went on as Flannery Charlie Sheen's agent, as well as girlfriend in Major League II.
